got a 4 speed box in my nova atm and the acceleration is very good and the gears seem quite close just if anyone knows what final drive it has and if they made a 4speed cr

what engine? its either a 3.74:1 or 3.94:1

i have never heard of a factory 4 speed cr box. there are obviously cr gearsets available from quaiffe etc....

what are you trying to achieve? and wouldn't you be better off with a 5 speed cr box?

its from a mk2 1.2 spi its for road rallying so 4 speed is fine mate, going to put my 4.1 diff in to gain even lower top speed and better acceleration

If you found an f13/5cr i think you could put the lower 4 gears in, to make a crazy low box

sounds like you either have a 2.21 second gear cluster which are normally found in a mk1 astra or a 2.18 cluster they are both 4 speed cr`s, i could be wrong though

I don't think the 5speed input shaft has any of the same ratios as the 4speeds.... hence the rarity and silly prices the 4spds go for in racing.

20-600 depending on the cluster. I suspect yours would be 20.
