C20xe fuel rail.

Which way on the fuel rail dose the petrol go in to as I think the inlet is where the pressure regulator is as I can't get no fuel coming out of the little nipple

It's the other way, the regulator keeps the pressure in the rail and releases when it gets too high. So, fuel return is by the regulator.
