thought i'd put this in here

where can you get the rear window panels to make a hatch back nova into a nova van??

is it a case of a custom fabrication jobby :wtf:

1. remove windows & seals
2. get some metal sheet cut to about 8mm bigger than the glass in all directions.
3. get some seam sealer & pop rivets & get busy....

alt. method... paint or vinyl the windows

Couldnt you just use the glass as a template and cut some metal "windows"?

you could, but if you used standard gauge sheet, it would rattle loose in the seals, the factory ones are slightly larger than the glass

only asking for a mate...

surely using just some flat steel sheet would look gash cos its flat and making it convex would cost a considerable amount to do it rite

making it convex won't be an issue, the shape of the nova window frame isn't that complex a curve, so rivets will hold it to shape really easily.
