How do I get these off....

Does anybody know how I would go about removing the 'divider' between the two windows on the door, pictured below? Mine look a bit scabby and want to repaint them.

2 small screws at the top of the door. A 10mm bolt inside the door. Need to take out the main glass first IIRC.

its been a very long time, but i think as long as you undo the bar, then lower the window carefully, you can get them out quite easily without removing the door window

I used to always put the window to near the bottom first.

Then undo the the 10mm bolt I the lower part.
Then undo the Phillips screws at the top.

The bar you are wanting to remove is curved so don't try pulling it straight up and out, it needs to come out at a slight angle.
