my brothers 23rd birthday need help

Alright guys and girls, i need help finding my brother a present, he recently got 6 points speeding (two separate occasions on the same dual carriage way, i cant say much tbh :d) so thought it would be funny to buy him a speed camera checking (blocking if its not mega illegal and going to get him in ****) device, i want one that can detect the speed camera vans not just the standing cameras,

do they exist?
are they any good?
do they cost a bomb?

any help would be great dont want to spend over 100 quid as Ive got to take him out and get ratted aswell :thumb:

you could subscribe him to his local weekly newspaper, cos ours tells us what cameras are where & when...

dont mind spending some money for his birthday saved 250 quid for it, thats nothing he once spent 500 quid when we went on a 3 day bender for my 22nd lol
