Hi lads, only me again :wtf: ...my novas got a 20ne fitted but its been abit bodged by using the orginal 1.2 carb tank and im not sure what pump! i know when the tank gets roughly below a 1/4 full it can splutter on hills as i believe the 1.2 carb tank has no swirl pot?
Im after a gte/gsi tank but im wondering what fuel pump i should get and if theres anything i will need? Ive been told its had high pressure fuel lines fitted but im not entirely sure, is there anyway i can tell? cheers
Brad.

you must already have the astra/nova gte type high pressure external pump fitted, or it wouldn't run.

also you will already have good enough fuel lines, or they would have failed..

you need ideally, a nova gte tank, but these are rarer than an honest banker, so you need to get a tank from a late model 1.2 or 1.4 spi nova, then get an mpi internal pump from an astra mk3 (or daewoo thing), and then shorten the intake pipe as it is a little long & will not suck fuel.
