Mowgli that's exactly what for, just looking into it in more depth now but certainly seems to be worthwhile addition. Also tempted to have the inside of the exhaust ports ceramic coated aswell to help reduce heat soak through the head.

This. Make sure it's actual ceramic coating and not some monkey with a rattle can of poundland instant ceramic too lol

Yeah, 90% of F1 teams say they're genuine :d

I have seen ceramic coatings that you could literally take off with your fingernail, could see the masking tape lines from where it had been rattle canned too lol

when me and my brother were looking at building a 1200 turbo fiat chinq we was quoted 800 quid to do the manifold & downpipe, if i remember right (was a long time ago tho)

fair play if you do it mate, always regret not doing the fiat chinq with my brother rather then messing about with his punto and my nova would have been epic :(

Well the Courtney turbo manifold I have is brand new so would be ideal for coating.
Duno about getting the outside of the turbine housing done on the turbo aswell,

Read the FAQ's on Zircotec, they won't do the inside of ports/exhaust, and old parts and new are all the same to them :thumb:
