Ive had a problem with my Nova C20LET running phase 2 . On full boost it feels like its holding back slightly and stuttering.

Im pretty sure it due to fuel supply. I have a walbro pump and regulater set to 3.6 bar. Its led me to start looking at my fuel lines. The car was orginally a 1.2 single point injection, i cannot remember if when i fitted the gsi fuel tank i fitted the gsi fuel lines or left the 1.2 lines in.

Ive just measured them and both supply and return have a outer diameter of 8mm. I seem to remember the C20LET should have 8mm inner diameter on the supply line meaning my fuel line is to small.

Can someone confirm this for me.

Are nova GSI fuel lines suitable for my engine?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

I havent heard of fuel lines causing problems like that, but the diameter of the fuel lines on GTEs etc are a bit bigger, so wouldnt hurt.

Best bet would be to get corsa B/C plastic lines tbh - easier to work with and cheaper!

Havent you been running p2 for a while? Has it always been like that then?

Unsure on the fuel line issue but Id change the plugs fella for what It will cost........ If your running bcr9es or similar as good as they are sometimes they dont last very long!

I am running the plugs above but I guess it wouldn't do any harm to get a new set.
