Ok, As most who have read my posts probably know im not very mechanically knowledgable but hey I give it a go!

I was wondering on my 88 1.2 merit what would be the best uprated carbs to go for?

40s using or a weber 32/34 dmtl

As above, but swapping the bottom end for a 1.3 or 1.4 would make the most out of it

Ok thanks for that, I think the bottom end thing would be more modified than I want to take it really but I think if I did go down the road it would be easier just to replace the whole lump?
