xe forged rods n arp's

bought a set of "eagle rods n ARP's from a guy that got them from a group buy on migweb when some one was doing them on mig

both rods n arps were new n unused

model number ARP#200-6209

the arps have got little countersunk washers with them??? and the rod is slightly counter sunk to? are they need as the arp goes all the way in the rodwith out the washer?

Looks like you've got a few answers on MIG.

I'd give ARP an email/call/fax/telegram to ask for their advice.
