I dont want to offend anyone and this isn't aimed at anyone in particular but after spending some time on the site I have noticed there is an awful lot of very poor spelling, I realise most dont/wont care but maybe a visit to this link might help:

You are right but I have to admit my spelling is poor when I type.

I have no real excuses apart from I am not good at typing and when I am writing on here, I am making it up as I go along and the typing is a lot slower than my thoughts (hard to believe...I know). I probably spell quite a few words wrong but so long as what I have written is clear and helpful is more important than immaculate spelling?

I do agree that when you can't work out what someone has written or there is no articulation at all it becomes hard to read and this is a pain, but very few folk seem to write that badly.

This is what the original post is about, As I said before Im no spelling nazi and even my spelling isn't perfect (Although it is very good ;) lol ) It's not just the spelling it's the major lack of punctuation that usually comes with bad spelling, Especially on a forum where it is all about reading and writing it's just a basic courtesy to make what is being written legible to other users, It's not about passing your english exams it's just about making the point clear and concise, Im sure most would agree with that.

Before the fukking pathetic rules were introduced-before anybody squawks-the fact rules had to be installed is pathetic,not the rules-which before they were introduced,the reprobates who took the piss were banned until they got the message.
This got rid of the fukktards.
I must admit,it was me mainly who started off the "where did you bring it from" joke,now people take ENORMOUS offence to it,infact theyre more worried about what i/you have said than they are about thinking about where and why they went wrong.I know this because they STILL do it.
To me i cant think how so many people make the same mistake,at 1st i thought it may be an accent thing but i have seen so many people type it.
Now we have rules and people who take offence to anything other than "your nova is mint".
People really need to lighten up.

And as for simply pointing out the guys mistake, there is also a massive difference between "by the way fella its bought" and half a dozen members jumping in to take the piss all in the name of banter.

I just ignore (most) posts with spastic spelling in these days unless its blatant text typing. I'm sure if we all ignored the mong posts they might get the message to type properly to get the help they want/need.

People have been banned for text typing yes,Stuart used to love doing it,some of his favourite catchphrases include-"fancy a holiday?" "bin the text typing etc" lol
