i keep having oil come out of the filler cap so i was wondering if my crankcase ventilation system was blocked ive cleaned the pipes out that go to air box and i was wondering if that little box that the big pipe goes under the inlet manifold had a guass or filter init and wether it was worth taking it off and cleaning it.

How much oil is coming through the cap? Perhaps its the cap at fault and its not creating a seal properly allowing oil to escape.

Were the pipes leading to the airbox full of gunk? theres no harm in flushing out the crankcase breather unit, if you can get to it properly to remove it (I did mine when the engines head was off).

As above, I had once a faulty oil cap due to the rubber not creating a decent seal so I bought a new corsa B one ;)

Also have you maybe put too much oil in?

the cap is at fault and my oil level ok so ive cut up a new corsa b cap and resealed my metal filler cap
