Hi all I'm looking at airboxes as sugested to assist the engine now I've been looking at a seller on eBay they look/seem to be just as quality to the SBD options but at less than half the price. There is two options large and small, but I think the large may not fit the engine bay. Could anybody advise if the smaller would suffice.

What about the ones Jenvey do?

I use the airbox backing plate/box with their filter & quality & fit as expected is spot on.

Those one's you linked are fing massive, even if you chopped the bulkhead down, lowering it effectively AND had no battery o.e location or heater blower it would still be too deep. Measure, measure measure ftw.

Because I'm running a pedal box where the battery used to be and need to keep the blower, I've blanked the back of my iTG filter. The benefit of this is a balanced air intake across all four ~ especially superior in wet conditions.

I always thought bigger was better on those sorts of things
