Best manifolds

Hi i do autograss racing and have been trying a few inlet manifolds and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as what will give me the best power the car is a 1.3 nova.

As far as I can make out the Mk1 Astra 13S inlet manifols seem to be the ones to have in autograss
