Rear discs - four to five stud conversion

I'm currently running the early Astra rear disc set up as in tapered bearings and no abs rings can I just swap the disc to a Cav v6 one or to I need to use the later set up?

nope the later system uses a different bearing set up

I know this as my two door has the later set but the earlier Cav v6 had the tapered bearing set up the same as my early Astra set up so I'd like to know if I can just swap the disc
