This is very sad but i only have atop three as dont like many others...

Harrier- was an amazing idea and well before its time
Nimrod- purely for the name, was a dub round here when was a kid
Hercules- Still wonder how they get it in the air

Thats all that stand out, others are good but not worthy of a mention.

My fav plane of all times, no contest, is the f-4 phantom, got 8 of them in my model collection, and planning to do at least one of each version,
then, the a-10,
the f-14 (top gun's fault here),
the sr-71 (nice engine for a drag nova conversion),
and the f-16, the porsche of the plane world.

Just for the record - although the harrier was a good idea and way ahead of its time - there was actually a Mig capable of verticle takeoff and landing designed and produced before the harrier came along.

Sorted out my list now...
Had to think about this one carefully - used to be well into my aircraft - but never been too fussed about helicoptors much.

4. F-16 Fighting Falcon
5. Su-27 Flanker
6. Mig 23 Flogger
7. Mig 21 Fishbed
8. Hawker Harrier (mk12, not the old ones)
