Has anyone made their own roll over jig or is it best to buy one ready made?

we made ours and adapted it for every vehicle we have,took 3 hours a motorway temporarysign frame and 2 axle stands for the roller parts

I made mine just took it off the bumper mounting points and wen from there. It now has a MK I escort on it somewhere in darkest Carlisle....

my mate made his out of ol engine stands, told me it was very very easy to do

I had both ends connected with scaffy clamps and a length of scaffolding pipe and some wheels on it so it could be wheeled about the workshop.

arghhhhh ...the ...vent.
TBH a rollover jig is the best thing ever when stitch welding a shell and yet more than half the people I see fabricating a jig don't even weld the reason for making it in the first place.

Who's that guy on mig atm working outdoors on a red shell with yellow suspension parts? He's a prime example of this.

Sorry for the bump.... making my first jig soon for a rebuild. Anyone ever posted handy measurements or best way to make the locking mechanism?
