fuel tank sender unit

I've found a brand new GM fuel tank sender part number 90320551, just wondering is the fuel tank unit the same for all models or not?

nope. only the gte,gsi & sri. they have mounting screw fixing. the std carb type is a twist type (think household lightbulb)

Thanks mate so this one would fit my mk1 then as it's a carb setup

if it hasn't got the mounting screw holes on the back plate, then it'll be fine.
