XE Sump

Would a sump from a C20NE engine fit on an XE?

Obviously I know it wouldn't have the oil level sensor and obviously it'd be steel rather than alloy, but is it the size etc?

It fits not sure if the pick up pipe needs changing though

Iirc you use the 8v pick up,have you tried colin smith for a proper xe one?

Yes tried Colin and QED, and there is only one on eBay at the mo, but at £55 buy it now it's a bit steep for a second hand sump with only one poor pic. Knowing my luck it'd be cracked if I did decide to buy it lol

Graeme had one for sale nearly 2 years ago now £30 posted (Don't know if he remembers) lol I thought I would ring Vauxhall to enquire a price ... £300 plus VAT lol I soon snapped it off his hands after that.
