h reg 1.4 sr for sale

[southend summer cruiser]

Have a 1.4SR on a H plate.. but looking to upgrade and buy a brand new car. Basically just want to know if anyone wants any parts. It is in good condition but can't be bothered to do the work to get it through the MOT by the end of August and Tax it... probably getting 206.
I know a few problems with it..
Brake Pads need replacing, possibly discs now.
Hand brake cable needs changing, have a new cable ready in the boot.
New front grill and bend the engine front up due to a front end shut nothing serious.
Slight dent in the boot where someone come up the back of me..

Although it sounds bad there are some good points.
3" Sportex Performance Rear box
14" Vauxhall 5 spoke alloys tyre size 195/60/14...3 good tyres and the other is 2 weeks old brand new.
Body work in good condition (apart from grill) Doors solid.
Interior - trim standard Nova SR with red buttons installs.
Red sports seats standard nova (although slight rip in one)
White dials, electric windows, central locking. All works well..
