No Spark or sufficient power to the fuel pump

Right folks am nearing the completion of my project and its time to get this thing running but i cannot get a spark and also only seem to be providing a real low voltage at the fuel pump not even enough to operate it.

The car has a clifford alarm and imobiliser fitted.

Everything is wired up but cannot figure out what the problem might be.
Have checked the ingition coil and all the leads and these are all fine.

Can anyone help?

It was a 1.2 originally but i have taken everything from a gsi and put into my own shell so everything from the entire wiring loom to the fuel tank the lot.

So doesnt make sense why it wouldnt work as it all worked in the car i took it from
