XE Suspension question

Hi guys,

I have a question about coilovers into a XE nova, What springs are the best option?

- 9" / 1.9" ID / 250lb

- 7" / 350 lb

And for the coilovers? Spax/Avo/Gaz?

Powerflex polubushes or something similar?

I've seen/heard of people using all Spax/Gaz/Avo to good effect. If it's for competition will you be going for the 'better' kits rather than the fast-road kits?

For track only I'd go higher poundage on the rear and look to fine tune them to your handling preferences (oversteer etc).

Yes, but i´m confused about the springs setup. What kind of springs should I use? and what influence have on the handling?
