Removing crank/cam pulley bolts

Whats the best way of 'locking' a C16XE engine in order to remove the crankshaft and camshaft pulley bolts, and the flywheel bolts?

Theres flats on the cams so you hold them with a spanner.

For the crank bolt i usually use a tyre lever on the flywheel ring teeth to stop it rotating.
