rev counter wiring

on michaels nova we have put in clocks with a rev counter i know what wire comes off the clocks it just where do you stick said wire

It goes to the green wire on the coil. Actually is it a 1.3? if so it goes in the blank hole on the coil plug :)

no its on my m8s one litre merit is that the green wire that goes to the postive terminal on the coil beacuse i have a spare negative terminal on the coil

On the 1.0 it goes from the rev counter (there is a lug on the back) to the green wire that is a round female on the coil.
