Basically I'm on the hunt for some turbo brake calipers as I've heard they're better because of the smaller piston? Is there any visual differences between these two brake calipers as I dont want someone to sell me some V6 calipers thinking there turbo calipers? If you know what I mean lol

Piston size is cast into the caliper somewhere I believe.

No, turbo brakes have a smaller piston (same or nearly size as 256 brakes iirc) And give better pedal feel on a nova.

54mm (284mm) and 57mm (288mm) pistons. Cav turbos and V6s used the 54mm piston, calibra turbos and V6s used both. The calipers for 256mm discs are 52mm piston

So does the Vectra V6 use 57mm pistons as well?

Bit worried about a spongey peddle though? Although they are going to be used a on Corsa GSI rather than a Nova.

They wont be spongey, if youve got spongey brakes then youve got a problem somewhere (bleeding, leaking fluid etc)

V6 brakes work awesomely, its just the brake pedal is on the floor when they start working lol
Youve got a load of travel before you feel anything....

Turbo give the same braking, but much better pedal feel, my turbo brakes pedal hardly felt any different than 256 brakes, but they work so much better.

Ive had v6 brakes too, but didnt like the pedal, you could get used to it but meh.
You can also wind the travel back on the pedal bar behind the dash, have be careful you dont put the brakes permanently on though.

I had Vectra 288 V6's with a Corsa pedal, it was fine. Not spongey
