It's not just a case of knocking a snowplough up. It's the towing ring cover, rubber seal that goes around the top, proper mounting brackets and screw covers that are going to be hard to copy to make it a part that's going to make it worthwhile.

I was just asking to see if there would be any interest, 16xe_chris said he might have a go making one from copying mine. I don't want or need one as I have a brand new one and another for sale.

what would a rough price be for both as that might help :)

Is it likely to end up costing the same or more then a genuine one?

Have to see what Chris says bud

I was asked numerous times about doing these last summer, the costing to produce all the associated parts (of which theres quite a few!) wouldnt be worth the hassle of doing them as they'd cost the same, if not more then an original one.

Not to mention theres such a small demand for them IMO that I deemed it just not viable to even bother lol

Would it not be easier and cheaper to mould a complete plough and mk bumper as one piece?

^ I would think so

Snowplows arnt very rigid unless there fixed to the bumper

Probably have more interest if there one peice as well imo

With fogs would be brilliant if somebody was willing to lend them to Chris like I'm lending my snowplough, anyone gona lend some foglight rings :thumb:

The fog light holders are like rocking horse poo so good luck on that one, not sure how many people will loan out a set tbh, I'd just be content in someone making a full replica MK1 grill and plough front end tbh

The possibilitys are endless lol

These fog light ring ideas sounds interesting, don't suppose anyone has a picture of them or diameter?

I could replicate the Corner pods from scratch if there was enough interest to validate making the moulds?

I tried to find the corner pods from a mk2 gsi which were once fitted in the rallying hay days, I might make them as well, off now to search the Internet for some 6/7inch light units.

Chris, look at Mayhems build as he's the foglights attached on his snowplough bumper, you could maybe make them out of plant pot bottoms lol
