View Full Version : C20XE crankshaft fresh grind, brand new Glyco mains and big ends an crack tested OK

As title

Late XE crankshaft out of a 40,000 mile cav looked pretty good nick before the grind only had a regrind as it was for my race engine and wanted everything 100% perfect! comes with brand new glyco bearing set so ready to plop in.

This is currently located at my engine builders in burton on trent, it was crack tested and is spot on oh and had all the journals polished, however i decided to spend all my money and bought a steel crankshaft so now do not need this.

Just want claw some money back, a used crank will usually go for £50 easy however with the grind and the bearings it stands me in at over £250.

ok its not brand new as its a 1993 but in terms of wear you can not get any closer.

No one need a good tested crank at sensible money? all ready to go can be seen any weekday in working hours or possibly after work tho this would need to be arranged.

Last bump before put on other forums, was all balanced, bearings on there own cost me about £75 so this is bargin postage is no problem will be packed well,

Found My recipt for the work,

£160 for the grind balance and polish
£32.34 for the big ends
£63,83 for the mains

£256,17 it owe's me without buying the crank itself and now its been crack tested too soo prob more like £300's worth of crankshaft so half price!

5 day's left on the bay.
