nova rally battery cut off switch

Think you just put in line with your power wire,ie have to put two terminals that Bolt to the bottom of it,,someone might correct me tho

I think pins 1 are joined and pins 2 are disconnected when you remove the key, so I'd run the coil +ve through pins 2 so it cuts the 12v to the coil when the key is removed.

Much easier to just put it to the earth wire from the battery, does exactly the same job, no earth no running.

What and not bother with the rest of it? I'm sure I've managed to disconnect my battery and the engine runs on off the alternator, so I think it's safest to wire it how the instructions say.
