Z14xe torque settings?

I can't seem to find anything online that tells me the full torque settings for a z14xe engine. So was wondering if anyone here had a list of them, or know where I could get them?

Oil pump pickup pipe
Oil sump
Thermostat housing
Cam belt tensioner
Cam belt rollers
Crankshaft pulley
Cam cover
Head bolts
Exhaust manifold
Sump plug

As you can tell the engine is in bits lol

Oil pump to block: 8Nm
Nothing on the pickup pipe, but I'd go for similar ~8Nm is typical for an M6
Sump bolts, 10Nm
Nothing given on the stat housing
Belt tensioner 20Nm
Haven't got one on the idlers I'm afraid.
Crankshaft pulley requires new bolts and is 90Nm, 30 deg, 15 deg
Cam cover 8Nm
Head bolts 25Nm, 90, 90, 90, 45
22Nm on exhaust manifold
Sump plug 10Nm
