XE High Idle speed

My engine seems to be idling at a high speed. I have done the obvious and had the ICV off and gave it a good clean out with carb cleaner. Didnt seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions?

Any air leaks intake side Pete? Throttle cable adjusted ok?

This will all need to be checked i guess. Whats the best method for checking for air leaks?

Spray some carb cleaner around the Inlet gasket area if the revs go up that's where the leak is

Hmmm, tried that. Gaskets were new when i rebuilt the engine.

Any other ideas?
