cheapest/best way to post items

Hey guys, just acquired another nova so have loads of extra parts I don't need/want to sell. The post office ain't cheap so can anyone recommend a courier please or other options? Thanks

I use the post office for all my ebay stuff and parts i sell here. I dont feel its that expensive. And the buyer pays anyway!

Lighter stuff I go royalfail and heavier stuff interparcel

As above lighter or smaller boxes up to about £4 via Royal Mail or Parcelmonkey to book Citylink for next day courier for about £9 for larger stuff.
