In my 1.2 injection and 1.4 carb the module is below the coil.

Have changed that aswell . Has the yellow wr sticker on it under the coil .And checked distributor car and rotor arm which look in good condition and all terminals clean

yeah that's it. On my 1.4 the cost of new coil and module was so expensive, and I lost all spark, I just changed to the earlier distributor set up but you probbably can't do that as your on injection. Sorry Kev, not been much help to you.

I remember Wayne having a good few different problems with that engine,
If I were you I'd put it into a proper garage that can run a good diagnostic on the full engine management as it seem to have a few gremlins in it,

Thanks bazil yip i know have spoke to him a few times about it . Have put new tank and sender in aswell and clocks as they stoped working aswell to be fair i think the engine is going to be short lived as i have 1.6 8v turbo engine but was wanting to start this after billing this year . Had nothing but bother with running and starting issues and a hell of a lot has bn changed aswell . Cheers bazil

Youve changed the crank sensor? It shouldnt have one if its got a dizzy.
Is the engine etc standard? Or recently swapped??
