i currently have coilovers but am getting fed up with the camber bolts and the overall ride of them,

i always prefer shocks and springs but i am not sure how low to go?

can you show me your lowerd nova's and say how much it is dropped by

thanks! :thumb:

Here's mine, lowered around 70mm on the front (coil overs) and 110mm springs on the rear, sat on ceaseros.

I would try and leave it that height, looks smart.

Mine does sit a little lower now, as this was when I put the suspension on and it hadnt settled.

My old SR with 60mm front drop and the springs on the rear were FK's on the lowest setting.

And the same rear springs and same Coilovers on the front but on my old MK1 which had 888's on.

40mm iirc, certainly not more than 60 anyway.

Fill the arches and gave a nice smooooooth ride. I'm built for comfort, not speed lol

What's the problem with the current coilovers & camber bolts?

you will still have camber even when you go back to shock & spring so I would still be fitting the camber bolts if it were my car....

I understand what you're saying about the ride on some coily's though

The camber bolts I just find abit irritating to work with as it puts the tracking out everytime you have the shock off,
You are right about the shocks though I would still need camber bolts or it would scrub the inside of my tyres :( save up for some decent coilies it is then !
