iPhone help

I've just got a second hand iFail 3gs, and trying to sync it and all that crap, problem I'm having is when I try to download something from iStore/iTunes, it askes for the password from the previous owners iTunes account. I've already sync'd it with my iTunes, and authorised my laptop, but it still insists it belongs to someone else :roll:

Try restore the iPhone in iTunes to remove all content and start from scratch.

Factory reset, create apple id, job jobbed :thumb:

Go into settings , Store, click on apple Id and sign out. Then sign in with your apple id

okay, new problem now lol

just updated it to the latest iOS, and now it's time to restore everything, but when I select the backup and click continue, it just says "Enter the password to unlock your iPhone backup." but what f*cking password? I never made one, and tried my iTunes password but it say's it's incorrect :tard: anyone know what's up? beginning to regret getting this phone now lol
