Nxt month there is going to broadband installed in my area!! (Atlast!!)
im just wonderin whas som of the best isp's and any suggestions.. i dunt really wana pay a package fee which includes modem casue il 1 of ebuyer for half the price..
also does ne body know how much it costs for the upgrade of the tel line by bt?

ntl you get a 1meg line (thats double the speed of a BT line) for ?35 per month!!! :)

yup i got the 1mb ntl line and havent had any probs since, though ive heard horror stories about ntl i disagree

2 meg availability/performance depends how far you are from your local exchange
Judging by his first post I hazard a guess at he's on a BT line, so god knows why you lot are ranting and raving about NTL :roll:
Just have a look at that adslguide site mate, anything you could ever want to know about DSL is on there.
ntl is better and mines faster then urs :P

i heared that on NTL you are restricted to 1gb a day download/upload if u go over u get a phone call or they cut the line. thats why they no longer advertise unlimited acsess. im on BT Broadband cos ntl would mean changing the phone lines etc its fast n have no problems :D
