just fitted some new springs (g max -60) but didnt change the dampers...

my car seems really bouncy and springy will this go when they wear in ???

No, won't get better.
Uprated shocks have two main benefits, stiffer so you don't bounce as much, usually have shorter pistons to stop springs popping out.
Time to re-invest.

buy the full kit, i did and the car handles far better, rides quite on the firm side though, but mine doesn't bounce.
