f**ked amp :(

i need sum help with my kenwood amp, ive wired it all up corectly to run both of my 12inc subs, but it just wont work, when i connect it nuthin happens, no click, the light doenst cum on, nuthin ...... :cry: ive opened it up to see if anything looks fecked, or it smels brunt out, but no luck there either.... :( ive also replaced the fuses, but still no luck.....
any ideas???

yep earth needs to be checked, that sounds like your problem.

a gd way to check ur wiring and ur amp is find a m8 with an amp that works in his car and just take his out and put urs in if it works its ur wiring if not its ya amp aimple really

hey m8, i take it that u have double checked all the connections, you need to check that you getting 12volts at the amp + connection, and a voltage on the remote wire when u power up the stereo?? and also a continuity(spelling)(beeb test) test on the earth wire

i reckon it could just be a bad connection with the remote wire cos my mates remote on the back of his unit was dodgy
