Putting a C16SE into a mk1 Nova saloon
I have a 4 branch manifold, i dont want to run a catalytic converter.
What exhaust system do i need ?
the backbox doesnt matter as ill be extending one to fit, im stuck on what i need from the 4 branch to the backbox,
Do i need to buy a nova gsi/gte decat pipe and standard center section ?
I cant find a definate answer on the web, i know the early e16se gte/gsi didnt use a cat but they had a standard manifold and the downpipe went straight to the center section, with me using a 4 branch i cant do this.
help appreciated

Why is everything in the 4 branch pic blue? lol I thought it was painted at first then noticed the spring caps etc on the head.
edit: Also, 2nd hand ashley/magnex etc system?

just the way the camera took the pic lol, only just noticed myself, cant seem to find and second hand systems
well, basically, apart from the backbox, which is extended, all the nova exhausts will fit onto the saloon.. where did you get the 4 branch from? what system did it fit up to?
you can get gte centre sections quite cheaply, one was on the bay the other day

The 4 branch was from a C16SE, it was on a corsa b and im unsure how it was fitted to the corsa as i bought it on ebay, although the 4 branch has had no extra welds or things added to it.
i think you've got a bit of a challenge there. it might fit a std gte centre section perfectly, or it might be unique to whoever made it.
