Leccy Fuel Pump

My nova is on T40's, Ast2 and 4 branch. Just wondered if any real benefit can be had by running an electric fuel pumb such as a Red Top compared to the standard mechanical pump.

No. The std pump delivers enough fuel and at greater pressure than the T40's are designed to take.
