suspension lowering

i have the 3 spoke alloys (gte i believe) .. was just wondering if anyone cud suggest a decent suspension drop

i was thinkin of 60-80mm but dnt kno how this wud look tbh cuz the wheels are 14x45 id like it sittin just tucked into arches.

if anyone has pics of these size rims or close cud u show nd say ur lowering height on springs or coilovers :thumb:
