Whenever i turn right tightly at anything over 20mph, like going around a around about, there is a sudden clunk. it only happens once each time, and sounds like a metal tube hitting the ground.
There is nothing underneathh my car that hangs that low, and it only started happening about 3 days ago. Im sure its a problem with my rear suspension, but not entirely sure what it could be.
When i took it to the garage, i gave the mechanic a spin in it and low and behold - the noise never happened. but its still there.
Ive been hearing wierd noises, usally creaking, ever since i carted some rather fat people around for a week (seriously), it only happening on the rear drivers side.

Any ideas of what it might be?

if its the rear - check your exhaust mountings

also - if you have anti roll bars fitted check to make sure theyre secure (rear one's in the rear beam.)

i get this creak also when there is 2-4 passengers in car. When i go round a right corner or even reaaallly slow over a speed bump it still does it. sounds like it comes from the front left spring/shock.

Ah well, new kit to lower it soon.
