Due to a change of plans and car specification i am selling this gear cluster, i plan on building a competitive car for the scottish rally championship so will be looking for an F20 in the near future.

I only purchased this cluster recently so have no experience using it.

This is a 5 speed cluster, Everything is there component wise , However the second gear on the input shaft has a tooth missing.

Suitable for spares or repairs.

I have gathered information that aslong as the ratios are correct a newer F13/15 Shaft should fit.

For Admin sakes £300

Bottom line - £200 takes it!

Please do not use this thread to discuss who/how or what fits to repair.

So how much do you actually want ?

Do you know if you can buy the replacement cog for it ?

Replacement second gear was around £280 for both parts WHEN it was available, not sure if you can still get them. My spare cluster had second gear replaced and the part had to be special ordered but that was about 5-6 years ago. Best to email Quaife or Harry Hockley to check if you can still get the parts.
Hope that helps.

I'll give you £50 for it for spares ;) lol

Edd, make me an offer.

novasport, its one of those things, it doesnt owe me anything so its doing no harm sitting just now. however, i can scrape some dirt off the casing and post it to you? inc postage for your £50?

No problems Edd.

Happy to post the item, be expensive but with the price of fuel it may be cheaper, Can still meet anyone who would prefer to collect.

Is the 2nd gear that's damaged on the 1 piece shaft or on the synchro side of it where all the gears are ? Cheers

Chuck it on Ebay, somebody will probably buy it for spares. I would say 2nd gear is the weakest or most susceptible to damage as my spare box had a second gear failure aswell. Mine was repaired by the previous owner with specially made to order parts.
The offer of £50 still stands lol
