ok, so I've got a mk4 astra van 1.7dti which is looking like it may need the fuel pump repairing. Not an expensive job considering i work for a diesel specialist...
But i have a mate with a 1.7cdti corsa mapped to 145bhp, and he's having an engine conversion done due to his bottom end knocking. What i want to know is: How much work is involved in putting all the cdti gear onto my engine? I know the basic engines are pretty much the same, just the wiring i think I'd struggle with. If its gonna be a lot of hassle I'll just stick with my dti and its 75 rampant horses lol
