That still needs finishing off, but as you can probably tell, it got too dark to finish it off yestaday. Went down breakers today and also got hold of a GSi spoiler for a tenner, and for ?40 as seen:

Weber 32/34 DMTL (or summit). K&N came with it and so did inlet manifold and carb and also an uprated fuel pump. Worth a value of ?350, got it for ?40. :lol:

looks like a 1.4sr inlet manifold. Think if you can find a 1.3 inlet manifold and either a 1.3 or better still, a 1.2 head, then stick ur 1.4sr cam in it and u would gain even more ponies.

Looks a bargain what u got there. I sdoubt u will need the uprated fuel pump though. I havn't heard of them being used on 32/34's before, i may be wrong.

Just got back from holiday.

No eveything was legally purchased ade.

Carb is bein put in and set up for ?75. Good or bad?

Indicators came free, one smoked one clear NovaSi.

And wot rust ben?

Other than than, not bad eh? How many more bhp are u talking with a 1.2/1.3 sr. 1.3SR in me breakers dat i go to...

the carb is a total bargin for ?75 inc set up - providing theres nowt up with it it'ss prob give you about 5-10bhp extra (depends on engine) - I think?

Good exhaust system will help even more (thats my current problem).

When you consider a new weber 32/34 is ?250 (I know I paid for one :x ) and then ?40 for crypton tune plu about ?30odd for fitting (unless you do it uerself) - fecking good bargin

1.3sr engine is nippy - be v nippy with weber on it...

its a 1.4 sr, not 1.3.

The wheels are 16" Miglia Spyders, and I know the fuel pump is uprated, coz wen i went to get it, I could only half talk it off, (couldnt be arsed gettin to wet and dirty, it was absoloutely pissin it down.) The gezzer come down to get the rest of it off, and said u can have that uprated fuel pump for nuttin. Looking at mine it looks completely different, so i'm guessing it is uprated.
