Saw a nice red gsi in wrexham last night, which brings me to my question should we have a spotted topic, where members can say if they have seen a nova and ask if anyone on here?

I suggested a forum for it years ago, but then we realised it would be another place to go and make sure you were all being good so binned it off as 'spotteds' are rare as funk.
lolz the days after PV etc should be amusing then as thats about the only time I ever see Nevas except in breakers yards lols

Can't we scrap one of the threads we don't use and replace it with spotted, not a sticky in general.

This exactly, me and Andy had the conversation about being lost on other forums as they're simply too bloody big lol
And I can see the idea of having a spotted thread, but in suggesting that it be 'stickied' you're making the point for us, that it simply wouldn't get enough traffic by itself, to stop it being lost into the depths of the forum it gets put in, and in that sense it wouldn't work, simply because, there aren't that many novas about anymore!

Stick a thread in the appropriate regional section IMO if you really feel the need
Exactly, have a word with your regional head for one in your area section, tbh anyone posting that they have seen a clean nova in London for example, would mean bugger all to someone in Glasgow lol

Hence my idea to ditch another one and spotted can take its place, i've seen loads of Nova's they stand out like a saw thumb.

TBH i think it's pointless, as i see/know of 5-6 Nova's round here, none of them are on here as there mainly owned by old farts or people who dont care what it there driving as its a crap cheep car to them, and if there on here we already know of them etc, only one guy flashed me in a mk1 lol

When I was in my mates boxster another boxster owner waved and flashed the lights so we both ducked lol
I wave at nova's when I'm out in the truck too. No one ever waves back. :(
Keep it to regional otherwise its a waste of bandwidth.

VX's and Elises (and other lowtarses) wave to each other... but then they are cool and a little bit rare :)
Volvo owners wave at each other. i got so bored of it when I had my 850 that I ended up waving back with one finger most of the time. All the locals stopped waving after a few weeks of that :)
