Paypal are morons. This week at work we have had problems with a dispute with them.

We sold a coilover kit - buyer paid through paypal got the kit and left good feedback

Two weeks later he sent a message to us asking if we sold single units as he had damaged one. We said no sorry just full kits.

A week after that he opens a dispute saying we sent him a second hand kit and we're stealing his money.

We submit information showing the messages sent to us and the feedback left. Despite this paypal tell him to send the kit back and he will be given a refund upon proof of return. He submits a tracking number and paypal refund his money.

We get the package. Open it up and find this

Paypal still wouldn't reverse the dispute so we have now had to get the police involved. They are a massive bunch of lady bits.
