Cars back from MOT - advised of following -

1. Suspension arms inner bushes worn
2. Freeplay on o/s and /s front top strut mountings

I can sort number 2 but want advice on number 1

Where can I get a 1/2 decent set of poly bushes (looking for websites/recommendeds please) - and roughly how much?

How do you fit them and where are they located? Is there anything to watch out for.

Also - anyone know how much strut top mountings cost (I think its the plate and rubber bearing bit)

Rally design is: www.raldes.co.uk incase you don't know!

To get old bushes out i cut away the edge with a stanley knife then hammered them out. Makes it a bit easier.
