1.4 8v engine mount bracket

Hi Guys

In process of upgrading sons wee 1.0L nova with a 1.4 unit from a 98 corsa. He competes in the local junior rallyt series only 1.0L max and as he will soon be 17 will have to up class.

Knew i needed front RH side mount, but the one i got cant be right??.

Far to long i believe, measures approx 175mm from face of rubber mount to hole at pointy end (lol, best way i can discribe) and that is pushing to far over....leaves me with 75mm from chassis to timing cover.

Can someone stick a tape on their 1.4 and give me the length from face of mount to center of pointy end hole.... so that i can knock one up correct length.

You'll need a nova 1.4 8v bracket not a corsa one, when i brought my xe it came with a corsa mount so it sat wrong.. i should have a spare nova one if you have trouble sourcing one :)

I know, can someone measure from face of rubber mount to center of pointy end hole.....
