is it just idle mixture? im sure its the CO screw to richen/lean the mixture in general ?
this /\ effective at all revs. don't bugger about with it though, it is very slow to react, and needs setting up on a gas analyser. not a driveway job
what issues are you having?

yeah you want to take it to a garage, the CO should be between 1-2 and the hydro carbons HCO at 400-600
I'm not certain, but pretty sure it only sets the idle co as a base then the ecu takes over from there when the TPS opens, iirc its stamped idle CO next the the screw.
