Red Novas rust more than any other colour in my experience.

probably vauxhall skimping on the paint coz red covers so well, so they used less paint and as such rust comes through quicker

**i do not know this to be fact**

thats going to be one damn expensive paint job :!:

Are you removing the engine or is the garage doing it :?:

Are you remving all the seats etc so they can paint along the top of the rear three quarter panelsa dn the boot floor etc :?:

thats going to be one damn expensive paint job :!:

I think when he said the car's gonna be gold, he meant the colour gold and not the element!!! I can see it now, getting a Nova plated in 24 carat gold, now that would be a mag feature (And then promptly stolen and melted down!!!!!)

 :o  :o

Its still going to be damn expensive- colour changes are, think about the work that needs to be done to paint...

The door closes
The boot floor
The rear arches (inside)
The engine bay
The battery tray
Doors need to be painted inside and outside
Tailgate needs to be painted inside and outside
All panels underneath the bumpers etc

Loads of bits need to be removed even to get near half that, dont need much more paint but think of all the labour caost stripping and prepping it all.

Sod colour changes to much like hard work for me.

IT'S GETTING SERIOUS NOW!

Took them a Tailgate and bonnet today, mint for ?35, so they can start work on them, couldn't find any decent doors around, so they'll use mine.

Im stuck between peugeot gold of citreon gold......hummmmmmm,

Just gotta wait for bumpers and sideskirts and the car goes in!

Oh and i've got my car on a stand at Donny, its the alloy wheel place that i went to, they wanna show my car!

Hmmmmmm not sure u should have gold if u have the chrome flipped wheels. Can see how that going to go together at all.
Have u photoshopped it to c?

I think the best gold is the volvo and vauxhall gold

Anton

Red Novas rust more than any other colour in my experience.

i have a red G-reg and it has almost 0% rust.

At a glance white or blue nova's 'Look' rustiest because the rust stands out from the paint more i think.
